A few weeks ago I was given the chance to try some samples from the Swiss brand Arbonne. It wasn’t a brand I was familiar with so I hopped onto their website to see what they were all about. Their products are healthy, botanically based and inspired by nature – sounds good so far right?!
The brand has a lovely big product range that encompasses everything from anti-aging and sun care products through to skincare, cosmetics and fragrance. I was kindly sent some samples from both their skincare and cosmetics ranges including their FC5 range, make-up primer, the RE9 Advanced range, their Calm skincare range and the Perfecting Liquid Foundation.
I’ve been working through the samples over the past couple of weeks and I love the primer. It creates the perfect base to apply the rest of your make-up just as it claims. It goes on so effortlessly and feels so velvety smooth, it’s a real pleasure to use.
I also really enjoyed trying the gentle daily cleanser, soothing facial balm, gentle daily moisturiser and soothing eye gel. I probably shouldn’t admit this but I really neglect my skin when it comes to having a strict routine so using these samples made my skin feel cleaner and softer and really made me realise that I should make the effort to look after my skin a bit, especially as I’m now getting a bit older.
Arbonne is different from other big cosmetics brands as rather than advertise in traditional ways, they have an independent consultants program which offers a wide range of benefits which you can see here, as well as other options such as their preferred client membership which also has an array of benefits like 20% off RRP and special offers. I was introduced to the brand by the lovely Susie (@dazzlerazzel) who gave me so much information about the brand and its product range.I love to discover new brands and Arbonne didn’t disappoint.
